The Tyre General, Wairoa has been locally owned since April 2018.
Together Graeme & Bronnie are committed to growing The Tyre General into a business that supports the local community needs.
Graeme
Graeme has spent over two decades locally in Agricultural Sheep/Beef Farm Management. Now owning a small lifestyle block. This is managed alongside his new role in the tyre business, Graeme relates well to many customers especially those in the agricultural industry.
Bronnie
Bronnie brings her own wealth of experience to the team. Previously working at Wairoa College, The Wairoa Powerboard & Affco Butcher Shop, Bronnie has spent many years in customer service, she has a natural sense of welcoming, making her customers feel comfortable, making their experience easily fulfilled. She has also had experience in accounting practice.

Des Blake
Workshop Manager/Tyre Tech/Mechanic/Fleet Serviceman
Des is local, he has been in the industry for many years, he has a wealth of knowledge and is a very good mentor for our younger staff members, passing on his skills and expertise.
In his spare time Des enjoys a spot of fishing at his doorstep and spending time with family.
